That the American voters really do care about the future of their country, is remarkable not only by yesterday Super Tuesday primaries statistics, breaking the records for last few years.The National Election Commission counted more than 14 million people voting in the Democratic primaries, with about 10 million on the Republican side. Super Tuesday brought to GOP primaries the highest turn out in last 20 years in Alabama, while Georgia broke more than 30 years old record. Literally, people were coming to the electoral caskets in the crowds, showing their interests and sympathies. American University's Center for the Study of the American Electorate issued the report, declaring the highest percentage turn out in Democratic primaries in these states: Alabama, Arizona, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, South Carolina and Utah ever.Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Missouri, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Utah set record in Republican primaries so far.The highest percentage, including all eligible voter attendance showed New Hampshire, representing almost 52 percent. Nevertheless, the lowest interest proved voters in New York with just more than 18 percent. Evaluating, the final statistic scored to Super Tuesday completely 16 percent of all eligible votes, comparing to 7 percent in 1988.While challengers can take some little rest before the next contests, the America is preparing toward the next week' s primaries in Louisiana, Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia plus caucuses in Nebraska, Washington Maine and the Virgin Islands.
