Barack Obama vs. Hillary Clinton
by Daniela Simkova
Both, Sen. Barack Obama and former first lady Hillary Clinton said that if they do not win the Democratic nomination they will be hoping to win the White House. This claim is the same for both of the candidates. Barack Obama also stated that he ends up the voting for his interest all the delegates will have to consider carefully why it is so. He said that they "would have to think long and hard about how they approach the nomination when the people they claim to represent have said, 'Obama's our guy.'" Hillary Clinton made a fearless statement at her campaign in Arlington. She said: "If voters start to think about who would be the best president, to be commander in chief on Day One, to turn the economy around and who would be the best Democratic nominee to win in November, I am very comfortable with the answers to those questions." The presidential struggle between Sen. Barack Obama and former first lady Hillary Clinton is intensive. Barack Obama won caucuses and primaries in thirteen states whereas Hillary Clinton won in eight states including her "home" New York. Hillary Clinton believes that this presidential nomination has become a struggle between two persons. She hopes that both, Barack Obama and her, will get the chance to speak in front of people in more debates to show their qualities and differences.
